Required Skills and Qualifications

• Overall Experience: 6-9 years of enterprise software development experience, with a heavy emphasis on core JavaScript and application architecture.
• ServiceNow Platform Depth: At least 4+ years of dedicated, advanced development experience on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on platform-wide capabilities rather than a single module.
• Advanced Technical Scripting: Mastery of complex Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer (PAD), custom widgets, and background scripts.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of security controls (OAuth, TLS, Mid Server security protocols), data modeling, and performance optimization techniques (database indexing, caching mechanisms).
• Certifications (Required/Highly Preferred):
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
