Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

Configure workflows, forms, catalogs, and automation solutions.

Implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs.

Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Support upgrades, patching, and platform enhancements.

Provide L2/L3 support for ServiceNow-related incidents.

Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
