ServiceNow Developer / Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support ServiceNow solutions across enterprise IT environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, ITSM processes, scripting, workflows, integrations, and custom application development. Experience with ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, GRC/IRM, or CSM will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Workflows/Flow Designer.
• Implement and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Configure forms, fields, tables, workflows, notifications, approvals, and access controls.
• Develop automated workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Work on CMDB configuration, data quality, CI lifecycle, relationships, and discovery.
• Develop and maintain integrations with monitoring, identity, HR, asset, cloud, and other enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, deployment, and post-production support.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and deployment activities.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development/configuration.

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
