Position Title

ServiceNow Consultant Enterprise Architect - Techno-Functional Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Consultant Enterprise Architect across various ITx modules in ServiceNow, Integrations, CMDB/CSDM, Workflow Studio, AI capabilities who combines deep technical expertise with strong functional, consulting, and leadership capabilities. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic direction, enterprise architecture governance, solution design oversight, and delivery leadership across large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.

Need to have extensive experience in designing enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions, engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders, driving roadmap discussions, governing multi-workstream implementations, and leading high-performing technical and functional teams.

This is a Techno-Functional Manager role requiring a balanced blend of architecture, consulting, delivery governance, stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Consulting Enterprise Architecture & Solution Leadership

• Develop end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for large transformation programs
• Create scalable, secure, and future-ready platform architectures
• Establish platform governance, standards, and architectural guardrails
• Lead architecture review boards and solution governance forums
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and technology standards
• Define integration, data, security, infrastructure, and platform strategies

Functional Consulting

• Engage with Business, IT, Operations, HR, Security, Risk, and Customer Service stakeholders
• Conduct workshops, assessments, discovery sessions, and roadmap exercises
• Translate business capabilities into ServiceNow-enabled solutions
• Drive operating model transformation and process standardization initiatives
• Advise clients on platform adoption, maturity improvement, and digital transformation

ServiceNow Solution Ownership

Lead architecture and solution design across multiple ServiceNow products including:

Core Platform

• ITSM
• ITOM
• ITAM
• Service Portal
• Employee Centre
• CMDB & CSDM
• Integration Hub
• Flow Designer
• Platform Analytics

Advanced Solutions

• IRM/GRC
• FSM
• Workplace Service Delivery
• Now Assist, AI & Automation Solutions

Technical Architecture

• Define architecture patterns for integrations, automation, and workflows
• Lead API, middleware, and enterprise integration designs
• Govern CMDB and CSDM strategy
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices.
• Review customizations and promote out-of-the-box adoption.
• Provide technical guidance for complex implementations and upgrades.

Program & Delivery Leadership

• Govern large ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs.
• Participate in steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Manage architecture risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Drive quality assurance, solution reviews, and go-live readiness.
• Support transition to managed services and platform operations.

Experience

• 9+ years of overall relevant experience
• Experience leading large ServiceNow transformation programs (any ITSM tool transformation)
