Role Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Developer

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, and custom applications
• Build and customize Service Portal
• Develop APIs and integrations with enterprise systems
• Optimize platform performance

2. ServiceNow Administrator

• Platform administration and instance management
• User, role, and access management
• Configure forms, catalogs, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Platform upgrades and patch management
• Monitor platform health and governance

3. ServiceNow Business Analyst

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions
• Prepare functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
• Support testing, UAT, and documentation

4. ServiceNow Architect

• Define platform architecture and solution design
• Drive enterprise-level implementations
• Establish platform governance and best practices
• Design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions
• Guide technical teams across implementation lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and enterprise service management
• Hands-on experience in at least one major ServiceNow module
• Exposure to AI-driven platforms, Moveworks, or ServiceNow AI capabilities is an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Mandatory Requirement

At least one active ServiceNow Certification is mandatory.

• CTA (Preferred for Architect roles)
