Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in GRC/IRM, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Security Operations (SecOps) . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support risk management, compliance, security operations, and business process automation.

✅ Mandatory: Hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience and strong ServiceNow development/coding skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules including Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Develop ServiceNow customizations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs .
• Build integrations and workflow automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIs .
• Create dashboards, reports, and support end-to-end solution delivery.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM, TPRM, Risk Management, and Policy & Compliance .
• Strong ServiceNow development skills and JavaScript expertise.
• Experience in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, Catalog Items, and platform customizations .
• Good understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
