ServiceNow GRC Developer

Role: Service now developer and mandate-GRC or Secops

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with strong experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools and the ServiceNow platform.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, customizing and integrating ServiceNow GRC solutions. The role also requires experience in team management, project delivery, client management and technical solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• Install, configure and customize the ServiceNow GRC platform.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Work with managers and stakeholders to identify security and compliance requirements.
• Manage project delivery and support team management activities.
• Lead, supervise, train and support security personnel.
• Allocate tasks, prepare work schedules and monitor team performance.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools, applications and platforms.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP and Scripted Web Services.
• Ensure accurate data synchronization between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
• Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation, technical solutioning and proposal preparation.
• Configure and maintain Knowledge Base and Knowledge Articles.
• Work on Page Design and Widget Configuration related to Service Portal.
• Support ServiceNow version and patch upgrades.
• Develop and maintain applications using ServiceNow platform technologies and tools.
• Translate business problems into software and technical requirements.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC.

• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tools.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including:

• Business Rules

• Script Includes

• Client Scripts

• UI Policies

• Data Policies

• Email Notifications

• Workflows

• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP Web Services.

• Experience with Scripted Web Services.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.

• Good understanding of Service Portal, Page Design and Widget Configuration.

• Experience with Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article configuration.

• Good understanding of ServiceNow version and patch upgrades.

• Knowledge of SDLC.

• Knowledge of VB/Java scripting is an added advantage.

• Experience with RSA Archer, MetricStream or Bwise is an added advantage.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems Management or equivalent.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and customer management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• LOCATION: PAN INDIA
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
