4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation and delivery experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow:

Third-Party Risk
Regulatory Change Management
Advanced Risk
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
Experience with:
Flow Designer
Business Rules
Script Includes
Client Scripts
UI Policies
ACLs
IntegrationHub
REST/SOAP APIs
MID Server
Import Sets and Transform Maps
Reporting and Performance Analytics
Automated Test Framework
Experience designing and managing ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications.
Experience with ServiceNow data migration and data-quality management.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow upgrade-safe development and platform best practices.
