Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards using Platform analytics and Performance Analytics tailored for HR leadership; write and configure Business Rules for data validation and automation; create, test, and execute Fix Scripts for data migrations and system cleanups; collaborate with HR stakeholders to define KPIs; ensure dashboards and automation scripts are optimized for performance.

ServiceNow HRSD suite, ServiceNow Reporting, ServiceNow Dashboards, ServiceNow Interactive Filters, Performance Analytics (PA), JavaScript, Business Rules, Fix Scripts, ServiceNow schema, HR table structures, sn_hr_core_case, Database relationships, Debug scripting errors, Analyze performance bottlenecks, Execute data changes safely in production
