Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow L3 Support Engineer to manage and troubleshoot enterprise integrations across ServiceNow platforms. Responsible for supporting eBonding, Azure AD/SSO, Genesys CTI, Monitoring tools, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server infrastructure while serving as the highest technical escalation point for critical integration issues.

ServiceNow Administration & Development Manage platform administration, ACLs, user access, configurations, and develop/customize ServiceNow solutions using scripting and integrations.

Integration Support Troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, eBonding, and third-party integrations.

Identity Management Support SSO, Azure AD, SAML, OAuth, and user provisioning issues.

Workflow Automation Support Flow Designer, Data Stream Actions, and custom integrations.

MID Server Management Monitor MID Servers, ECC Queue, and on-prem connectivity.

Event & Monitoring Integrations Resolve alert-to-incident and logging integration issues.

L3 Production Support Act as the senior escalation point for critical incidents and platform issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with network, security, and application teams to resolve connectivity and security-related issues.

Mandatory Certification:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow CAD
• IntegrationHub, Flow Designer & REST Integration Micro-Certifications
