What they need
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop inbound/outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
- Configure and manage Flow Designer, MID Server, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
- Implement authentication OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, JWT, API keys and certificates.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Azure, AWS, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Active Directory, JIRA and monitoring/asset platforms.
- Design data mapping/transformation, error handling, retries and monitoring.
- Prepare integration design documents (TDD/SDD), test evidence and support production integrations.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs.
- MID Server configuration, secure connectivity and troubleshooting.
- JSON, XML, JavaScript, Glide API and ETL/integration patterns.
- OAuth 2.0 / JWT authentication and API security.
- Import Sets, Transform Maps and enterprise data integration.
