ServiceNow Integration Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Integrations to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server technologies. The candidate should possess strong development skills and a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, IntegrationHub, JDBC, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
• Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, IntegrationHub spokes, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and scheduled jobs.
• Configure and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Implement inbound and outbound integrations using MID Servers and web services.
• Create and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, security, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.

• MID Server

• Scripted REST APIs

• Import Sets & Transform Maps

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

• Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.

• Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and Service Catalog.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or SecOps modules.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce, Azure, SAP, Workday, Jira, Active Directory, or other enterprise applications.
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
