Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead to drive the strategic design, development, and optimization of enterprise-wide integration solutions within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical authority for the ServiceNow Integration Hub, ensuring seamless connectivity between disparate systems and data sources. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of API management strategies, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange across the enterprise.
• Oversee the development of complex data transformation logic to ensure accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
• Drive the automation of business processes and workflows, eliminating manual interventions to improve speed and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate integration issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and minimize downtime.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for integration projects, adhering to best practices in coding standards and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in API Management, including the design, deployment, and governance of REST and SOAP services.
• Advanced proficiency in data transformation techniques and tools required for complex data mapping and migration scenarios.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing workflow automation solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong background in developing and maintaining enterprise integration solutions, with a specific focus on ServiceNow Integration Hub capabilities.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving integration failures in real-time.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
