As part of the Cybersecurity Platform team you will manage service-specific workflows and support integrations across cybersecurity platforms. As an Associate you will engage in service management and operational excellence, driving seamless client service delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge while collaborating with a team dedicated to the security and efficiency of our cybersecurity operations.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Cyber Operations
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Experience in Managed Services and multi-client environments
• Demonstrating hands-on experience with Hyperautomation tools
• Understanding CMDB, asset management, and change/release processes

• Supporting onboarding and continuous knowledge development
• Enforcing access governance frameworks
• Maintaining audit evidence for security actions
