About the Role

Adactin is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM/GRC Solutions Architect to lead the architecture, implementation and ongoing enhancement of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong solution architecture expertise alongside hands-on technical capabilities in ServiceNow configuration, development, integrations and platform administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions covering Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Regulatory Change Management.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across IRM/GRC, ITSM and ITOM modules .
• Develop workflows, business rules, scripts and automated compliance processes using JavaScript, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations and manage data migration activities.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices, CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Develop dashboards, reports and performance analytics to monitor risk, compliance and operational KPIs.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to translate regulatory and risk requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, platform governance and guidance on development standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of overall hands-on ServiceNow experience, including at least 4 years in IRM/GRC architecture and implementation.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules , including Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Policy Management and TPRM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes and ACLs.
• Strong experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server integrations.
• Practical experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience with automated control testing, compliance monitoring, risk scoring and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in complex or highly regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, solution design and technical leadership capabilities.
