Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITAM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) and Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro). The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM implementations, integrations, discovery, asset lifecycle management, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITAM solutions with a focus on SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
• Implement and enhance Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management processes.
• Configure software normalization, reclamation, compliance reporting, and software license management.
• Configure hardware asset lifecycle processes including procurement, deployment, transfer, refresh, and retirement.
• Develop and customize workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with Discovery, SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and other enterprise systems.
• Configure and maintain asset models, software models, stockrooms, contracts, vendors, and entitlements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and compliance metrics for asset management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of platform-related issues.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documents, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM.

• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex ServiceNow solutions.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITAM).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience with enterprise-scale ITAM implementations.
• Exposure to ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
