Roles and Responblities

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITOM, CMDB, and ServiceNow integrations . The ideal candidate must have a ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification and hands-on experience implementing and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and support ServiceNow ITOM capabilities.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB , including CI relationships and data quality.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and web services .
• Work with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and other ITOM capabilities as required.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer/Workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow application, CMDB, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, code reviews, and production support.
• Follow ServiceNow development and implementation best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification – Mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer .
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM .
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow CMDB .
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations .
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services .
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting .
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer/Workflows.
• Understanding of ServiceNow tables, data models, ACLs, and platform architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• Additional ServiceNow CIS certifications relevant to ITOM/CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping .
• Experience with enterprise-scale CMDB implementations.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
