ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions.
• Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, workflows, business rules, and automations.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations and Service Graph Connectors.
• Troubleshoot Discovery, integration, and CMDB data quality issues.
• Support onboarding of infrastructure and application data sources.
• Use AI coding tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and Amazon Q to improve development productivity.
• Build AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions.
• Follow DevOps, source control, and enterprise development practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Good knowledge of CMDB, ITOM, integrations, and JavaScript.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding, debugging, and automation.
• Strong communication and ability to work with global/US stakeholders.
• Ability to contribute from Day 1 with minimal ramp-up.
