- Optimize performance, maintain code quality, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Knowledge of IT operations processes and best practices.
- Experience in software architecture and technical leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, team management, and communication skills.
