KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deploy AI-driven solutions across enterprise technology platforms
- Apply GenAI and Agentic AI to automate business and IT processes
- Support and troubleshoot critical enterprise applications
- Manage incidents, service requests, monitoring, and application issues
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely solutions
- Contribute to application support best practices and continuous improvement
- Work independently and contribute as an SME
- Participate actively in technical discussions and solution development
- Document solutions and share knowledge with the team
