The role involves aligning ITSM with ITOM, observability, SDLC, and testing processes while driving continuous service improvement Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement ITSM architecture and strategy
• Integrate ITSM with ITOM, observability, and SDLC processes
• Provide recommendations for user feedback collection and service enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
• Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance across ITSM processes

Required Skills:

• ITSM Certification (mandatory)
• Strong experience in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of ITOM, observability, and CI/CD practices
• Experience in stakeholder management and solution design
