• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 to 10 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog Management.
• Experience in ServiceNow customization, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage.
• Candidates willing to work in a Hybrid model from Hyderabad are preferred.
