Job Summary

Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications and integrations following best practices and ITIL standards.

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong integration experience to build, configure, and maintain ITSM solutions across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.

• Configure and maintain platform elements like workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and policies.

• Build and support third-party integrations using ServiceNow APIs.

• Write test scripts for integrations.

• Configure notifications, SLAs, workflows, users, groups, and more.

• Follow development best practices and ensure compliance with standards.

  Qualifications

• Experience: 6-8 yrs total; 6+ yrs relevant in ServiceNow.

• 5+ yrs of experience in third-party integrations.

• Proficient in JavaScript and web development technologies.

• Hands-on with ServiceNow APIs and platform configuration.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices.
