We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Solution Architect with 6-8 years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM workflows and ITIL process implementations, along with strong hands-on experience building custom applications using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Workspace. The role requires a proven track record of developing enterprise integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JDBC, and MID Server configurations. Candidates should have advanced proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Service Portal widgets, with strong knowledge of AngularJS, HTML, and CSS. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of ServiceNow platform health and performance, including performance tuning, upgrade planning, Instance Scan, and HealthScan best practices.
