ServiceNow L3 Developer

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules
• Design and implement system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, supporting reliable data and process flows
• Develop process automation and self-service solutions to improve application support and operational efficiency
• Drive automation initiatives for application support, deployments, monitoring and alerting
• Develop ServiceNow enhancements and custom solutions according to technical and business requirements
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases and deployment activities
• Coordinate releases across technical and business teams, ensuring deployment readiness and smooth implementation
• Develop support tools, reports and technical documentation to improve operational processes and knowledge sharing
• Troubleshoot complex L3 issues and collaborate with offshore, onsite, IT and business teams to resolve technical problems

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with strong experience in ServiceNow development and technical analysis
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
• Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture in multi-module environments
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Strong JavaScript skills and experience with Python, SQL and XML
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID and LDAP integrations
• Experience with PowerShell and automation technologies such as Ansible and Terraform
• Knowledge of databases and SQL
• Experience with release coordination, deployments and application support
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with AWS EKS or Azure AKS
• Experience with development tools and code repositories
• ServiceNow certification
• ITIL certification or advanced ITIL knowledge

Other Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
• Customer focus and service delivery;
• Availability to work in EU.
