ServiceNow Now Assist + Agentic AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow developer with strong hands-on experience in Now Assist, Generative AI, AI agents, and agentic workflows. The developer will build and enhance AI-enabled experiences and intelligent IT operations automations on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions are useful, secure, observable, and integrated with enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure Now Assist capabilities and AI-enabled workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Build, configure, and test AI agents and agentic workflows to support task execution, service workflows, and operational automation.

Integrate AI-enabled ServiceNow experiences with platform data, knowledge sources, APIs, and approved enterprise systems.

Use Flow Designer, Integration Hub, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting to orchestrate workflow steps and business logic.

Configure relevant prompts, skills, actions, knowledge retrieval, and workflow handoffs based on supported platform capabilities and project requirements.

Apply appropriate access controls, data-handling safeguards, human approvals, and exception handling to AI-enabled workflows.

Test AI-driven flows for functional accuracy, failure handling, performance, and safe behavior within defined business boundaries.

Collaborate with architects, process owners, and platform teams to identify suitable use cases and translate designs into working solutions.

Troubleshoot issues, improve workflow quality, document implementation details, and support deployment and post-release stabilization.

Stay current with ServiceNow AI capabilities and recommend practical improvements to reliability and user experience.

Required Skills and Experience

6+ years of ServiceNow development experience; hands-on AI/Now Assist experience is essential.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, scripting, Flow Designer, and platform integrations.

Practical experience with Now Assist, Generative AI features, AI agents, or agentic workflows.

Experience integrating enterprise data or applications using APIs and approved platform integration methods.

Strong debugging, testing, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

CSA certification; CAD or relevant AI/Now Assist credentials.

Experience with Integration Hub, CMDB/CSDM, ITSM/CSM, and intelligent IT operations automation.

Experience defining guardrails, human-in-the-loop approvals, and monitoring for AI-assisted workflows.

Pay: ₹451,000.00 - ₹1,750,000.00 per year
