We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Performance Automation Tester with strong expertise in Apache JMeter and scripting to ensure scalability, stability, and performance of large scale ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and soak tests for ServiceNow applications
• Develop and maintain JMeter scripts for ServiceNow UI, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations
• Analyze performance bottlenecks related to business rules, scripts, workflows, and DB queries
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects for performance optimization
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for stakeholders

Required Skills

• 5 7 years of hands on performance testing experience
• Strong experience with Apache JMeter
• Good scripting knowledge (Java, Groovy, or JavaScript)
• Experience testing ServiceNow modules (ITSM / ITOM / CMDB / CSM)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and performance best practices
• Experience with APIs, web technologies, and monitoring tools

Preferred Skills
