Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Support Developer

Salary: ₱150,000 - ₱250,000 per month

Location: Quezon City (Office-Based / Hybrid Schedule)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Support Developer to support, enhance, and maintain the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and support teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents and defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
• Support production deployments and change implementations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog, Request Management, Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Experience working with CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Update Sets and Source Control.

Preferred Experience

• ITSM
• ITOM
• ITAM

Certification

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
