ServiceNow Platform Support Developer

Position: Senior ServiceNow DeveloperJob Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to provide platform support, enhancements, defect resolution, and implementation of new capabilities across the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow development, workflow automation, and system integrations, with a focus on platform stability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, platform administrators, architects, and support teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure and maintain workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents, technical issues, and software defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain system integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration details, development procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to established development standards and best practices.
• Support production deployments, release management, and change implementation activities.
• Maintain platform stability, performance, and reliability while ensuring alignment with business requirements.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• 5–8+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and support.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Script Includes.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Service Catalog and Request Management.
• Knowledge of IT service management processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Working knowledge of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Experience developing and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Update Sets, source control, and deployment management.

• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• IT Operations Management (ITOM)
• IT Asset Management (ITAM)

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required or strongly preferred, depending on the hiring team's requirements.

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php250,000.00 per month
