ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant - AI

For our client, we are seeking a Servicenow Principal Technical Consultant - AI to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Architect and design complex AI/agentic solutions across various IT domains
• Create deliverables like AI adoption roadmaps and governance frameworks
• Conduct client demos showcasing GenAI capabilities
• Facilitate integration design sessions with third-party tools
• Serve as the escalation point for project team AI delivery challenges
• Identify AI-driven opportunities across client portfolios

Qualifications

• Expert in ServiceNow platform with focus on AI and agentic capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in at least two ServiceNow process areas with applied AI/automation expertise
• Strong development skills on ServiceNow, including scripting for AI configurations
• In-depth knowledge of GenAI, LLM concepts, and AI governance frameworks
• Excellent integration skills with ServiceNow AI tools and third-party systems
• Strong communicator with the ability to present AI value to various audiences
• Self-starter committed to keeping up with ServiceNow's AI advancements
