ServiceNow Project manager

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager with 45 years of project management experience and strong exposure to ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and support projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, team coordination, planning, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, technical leads, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
• Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality, scope, and timeline requirements.
• Track project budgets, resource utilization, and overall project performance.
• Identify project bottlenecks and drive timely resolution.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure appropriate team capacity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with ServiceNow technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and adherence to organizational processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably managing ServiceNow projects.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, modules, implementation lifecycle, and project delivery processes.
• Experience managing ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, integration, or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in project planning, risk management, resource management, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – preferred.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification – an advantage.
• ServiceNow implementation-related certifications will be an added advantage.
