Solution Architect | ServiceNow Integration

Design and deliver complex end-to-end technology solutions within a major Australian Government environment. This Solution Architect role focuses on ServiceNow integration, cloud and on-premises architecture, and delivering secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Contract Duration: ASAP commencement through to 27 March 2027, with a 12-month extension option

Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline

Essential Tasks

• Develop solution architectures, integration patterns, design options and technical artefacts for ServiceNow integration.
• Design complex technology solutions across cloud and on-premises platforms, defining security, performance, capacity and other non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects and delivery teams to develop solution visions, roadmaps and integrated architecture designs.
• Assess operational impacts, develop solution scoping and costing artefacts, and guide the implementation of fit-for-purpose technology solutions.

Key Criteria

• Strong understanding of integration, data, application and infrastructure architecture within complex ICT environments.
• Experience with cloud, hybrid and platform-centric architectures, including SaaS and PaaS solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance architectural rigour with practical delivery requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and changing priorities.
