Title: ServiceNow ITSM - Solutions Architect

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM solution architect to design and lead enterprise ServiceNow ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, technical architecture, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture and technical solutions.
• Define integration architecture with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and migrations.
• Review solution designs, configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Establish ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, and platform standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and project teams.
• Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on complex ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience , with strong Solution Architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB .
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, workflows, scripting, and integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub , and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, and/or CTA preferred.
