1. As a ServiceNow SOMT Developer, you will:

• Design, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow Service Order Management (SOM/SOMT) solutions for telecom/CSP environments.
• Configure order decomposition, orchestration, fulfillment, order plans, and task management.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow SOMT with CPQ, CLM, Billing, OSS/BSS, network inventory, and provisioning systems.
• Troubleshoot order fallout, exceptions, integration issues, and performance problems.
• Collaborate with Product, Network Operations, and Telecom teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

2. What You Bring to the Table:

• 5-10 years of ServiceNow development experience, with strong hands-on experience in SOM/SOMT.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with telecom order lifecycle, product/service decomposition, orchestration, and fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience integrating with OSS/BSS, network inventory, provisioning, CPQ, CLM, and billing platforms.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Telecommunications, Media Technology (TMT) solutions.
• Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, integrations, and performance optimization.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred.

3. You should possess the ability to:

• Analyze complex telecom order-management requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design reliable and scalable order orchestration and fulfillment workflows.
• Work effectively with cross-functional business, technical, and telecom stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Follow development, testing, documentation, and release-management best practices.
