ServiceNow SPM Architect

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Architect to join a growing team and lead the design and delivery of strategic portfolio management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on architect who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, advise stakeholders on best practices, and help organisations maximise the value of their ServiceNow investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Design and optimise capabilities across Strategic Portfolio Management, including Demand Management, Portfolio Planning, Project Management and Resource Management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to understand requirements and define solution roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership, ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
• Support integrations, configuration and customisation where required.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews and architectural decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve portfolio visibility, resource utilisation and strategic alignment.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
• Experience delivering SPM implementations, enhancements or platform transformations.
• Strong understanding of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management and Resource Management capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow environments.
