ServiceNow SPM Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer with extensive experience implementing and supporting Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions and a strong foundation in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and enhancing SPM capabilities while leveraging Al-powered tools and platform innovations to improve delivery efficiency and business outcomes.

This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development, integrations, automation, reporting, and modern Al-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow SPM Development

1. Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules, including:

• Demand Management
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Project Management
• Program Management
• Agile Development
• Resource Management
• Financial Planning
• Portfolio Management
• Strategic Planning Workspace
• Objectives and Key Results (OKRS)
• Investment Funding

2. Develop and maintain:

• Intake workflows
• Demand assessment processes
• Project and program templates
• Resource allocation and forecasting models
• Financial tracking solutions
• Portfolio health dashboards

ServiceNow Platform Development

1. Develop custom solutions using:

• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies
• Data Policies
• ACLS
• Scheduled Jobs
• Flow Designer
• Integration Hub

2. Build and support:

• Workspaces
• Ul Builder Pages
• Service Portal Components
• O Custom Applications

3. Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow best practices.

4. Participate in platform upgrades and instance health improvement initiatives.
