Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform customization and application development.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), application initialization, metadata transformation, and deployment of scoped applications.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow Fluent, server-side JavaScript modules, and third-party library integrations.

• Experience with Now Assist for Creator or equivalent AI-assisted development tools.

• Strong expertise in:

• Incident Management

• Problem Management

• Change Management

• Knowledge Management

• Service Catalog

• Service Level Management (SLM)

• Workflows and Email Notifications

• Strong understanding of:

• Flow Designer

• ACLs

• Server-side APIs

• Reports & Dashboards

• Import Sets & Transform Maps

• Update Sets

• System Cloning

• Instance Upgrades

• Hands-on experience developing custom scoped applications.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, and web-based technologies.

• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

• Good understanding of ITSM, CSM, Event Management, and Orchestration.

• Understanding of MID Server, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
