Job Requirements Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Service‑oriented mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical users
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
Adaptability and learning agility in evolving environments
Job Responsibilities Monitor and resolve incidents/service requests in ServiceNow queue
Perform configuration updates, enhancements, and system maintenance
Conduct system health checks and assist with upgrades
Configure workflows, rules, notifications, and integrations
Support HRSD and ITSM processes including Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
