Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Implement and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Configure workflows, SLAs, Business Rules, UI Policies, notifications, and assignment rules.
• Design, maintain, and govern CMDB, including CI relationships, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Implement and support Domain Separation to enable secure multi-tenant data segregation.
• Configure ACLs, roles, and security controls to ensure compliance and proper access management.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business objectives.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
