Job Title : ServiceNow Technical Architect – CSM

Location : Remote (US only)

Employment Type : 6-Month Contract

Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading US organization for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect. This role is focused on Customer Service Management and is ideal for someone ready to provide architectural leadership while also contributing hands-on in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and architect end-to-end ServiceNow CSM solutions for external clients
• Work directly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and deliver scalable, best-practice implementations
• Design and support integrations, solution customization, and platform modernization efforts
• Guide development teams and ensure adherence to platform standards and practices
• Remain hands-on when necessary to support successful delivery across all project phases

Requirements :

• U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders must work from U.S. soil
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow experience
• ServiceNow Certifications required: CSA, CAD, and two CIS - one must be in CSM
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) strongly preferred
