We are hiring Service now Testers for one of our leading Investment banking client in Mumbai.
Experience : 3-5 years
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (ATF - Automated Testing Framework).
- Execute manual exploratory tests for new user stories and regression cycles.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Define acceptance criteria with Business Analysts/Product Owners; verify they are met.
- Report defects promptly, track them in the backlog, and verify fixes.
- Complete testing document with performed steps.
- Advocate for testability and quality best practices across the team.
- Mentor junior testers and promote a shift left testing mindset
