Servicenow Tester

Role & responsibilities :

• Work on ServiceNow ITSM modules, ensuring functionality, quality, and alignment with business requirements.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Test and validate ServiceNow Service Catalog items, catalog workflows, and related functionalities.
• Perform hands-on testing of ServiceNow Virtual Agent (VA), validating conversation flows, user interactions, responses, and integration with ServiceNow workflows.
• Support ServiceNow transformation and transition initiatives, including testing, validation, and knowledge transfer.
• Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects, coordinating with development and functional teams for resolution.
• Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing to ensure application stability and quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and transition teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and defect documentation.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow testing standards, best practices, and project quality processes.
