• Experience in managing and configuring ServiceNow modules to support business processes.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and their application within ServiceNow.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow platform performance and functionality.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow environment.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.
