About you

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and skilledService/Repair Technician to join our growing team based in Mascot, NSW

As a Service/Repair Technicianwith Electra Lifts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our customers’ assets.

You’ll be supported by a well‑structured Service team, access to quality training, and a positive working environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities for You

• Conduct routine service and maintenance in accordance with procedures, technical manuals, and safety standards.
• Attend lift breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to uphold our strong customer service culture.
• Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities accurately.
• Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

• Hold a current Australian driver’s license.
• Have an Electrical trade license or relevant trade certification
• Previous experience within the Lift industry is required.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Motivation to contribute to a supportive team environment.
