Services Coordinator

Deliver Critical Building Services Packages on a Landmark Project

We're seeking an experienced Services Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of building services packages on a complex, large-scale construction project.

Working closely with the Services Manager, project team, consultants, subcontractors and specialist vendors, you'll play a key role in coordinating mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services activities, helping to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated services professional looking to further develop their technical and project delivery experience within a collaborative and high-performing project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of building services packages from design through to handover.
• Assist with managing interfaces between consultants, subcontractors, vendors and project delivery teams.
• Coordinate the review of drawings, specifications, technical submissions and design documentation.
• Monitor services activities and identify potential technical, programme or delivery risks.
• Track procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation and commissioning activities.
• Assist in maintaining services programmes, milestones and contractor deliverables.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities across services disciplines.
• Maintain project records, registers and documentation relating to services packages.
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders and support positive project outcomes.
• Promote and contribute to a strong safety culture across all services-related activities

About You

• Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• 2-5+ years' experience in a Services Coordinator, Project Engineer, Site Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical and hydraulic building services systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work fronts and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management systems.
• Positive, proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Experience on health, defence, education, commercial or other technically complex projects will be highly regarded.
