Services Data Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources based on business requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards that enable the business to meet customer demands while improving operational efficiency.
• Gain a thorough understanding of business objectives and translate them into reporting and analytical solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of new business systems across the EMEA region, including defining data specifications where required.
• Provide reporting solutions to the EMEA Service Operations team by identifying trends, delivering actionable insights, and recommending business improvements.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience, Business Support, and Transformation team on business support and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or another scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytics role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including writing queries, joins, and data extraction.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of DAX and/or Python is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (minimum C1 English proficiency).
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
