Services Support Associate

Work you’ll do
As a part of this team you will be involved with:

• Understand the process and gain good conceptual knowledge of the Expatriate Accounting.
  Support the US team in preparation of various process deliverables as directed.
• Prepare the Forecast for Expatriate costs and billings based on the assignment agreements on aperiodic basis.
• Perform variance analysis for Expatriate costs and billings between Actual vs. Plan vs. Forecast and identify the key drivers that causing the variances.
• Perform research, interpret and summarize on the variances on costs / billings of expatriates and communicate the same to our stakeholders with an action plan.
• Prepare and publish the periodic financial results to the Functional leaders within the agreed timelines.
• Involve in preparation of Fiscal year planning process for Expatriate population by closely working with the US team.
• Prepare and publish various reports on a periodic basis to the management and stakeholders with the agreed timelines.
• Prepare Journal Entries (JE) as per the process requirements in our internal web application – ETweb.
• Prepare any other Adhoc reports as required by management / clients from time to time.
• Prepare the documentation for all the process activities on regular basis.
• Should maintain strong and trusting relation with our clients.
• Assist in report validation and proofing prior to publication.

Shift timings : 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications Required:

• Any Bachelor or master’s degree in finance.•Willingness to work in an 11 AM to 8 PM shift•1 to 3 years of relevant experience in any Accounting process in a Multinational Organizations.
• Must be proficient in all general accounting aspects.•Should be familiar with the Financial Planning and Analysis concepts.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to plan and prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects
• Must be a good team player
• Must have good English communication skills – both written and oral – including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel at all levels
• Excellent skills required in order to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office is required

  Preferred
• CA Inter / ICWA Inter is a plus
• Knowing MS Office – Access, Excel and Presentations would be added advantage
• SAP, and/or other automated accounting system experience is preferred
• Hyperion Essbase or similar reporting tool is a plus
