About the role

We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Full Time Servicing and Customer Service professional to join the team at Call a Cooler in Sydney, NSW In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, as well as ensuring our water coolers are cleaned and well-maintained and ready for use. Please note: own car will be required

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Inspecting, servicing and sanitising our water coolers to the highest standards
• Preparing equipment for customer use, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained and in perfect working order
• Maintaining records of service work carried out

• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• A keen interest in providing exceptional service and contributing to the success of the business
