Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information regarding the process and status of insurance claims.
• Handle complaints, provide good solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution via, email, whatsapp, Livechat, etc.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Assist customers and also guiding customers until customer needs fulfilled.
• Being the PIC between insured and Insurance companies.
• Prepare report related to daily activities data to Supervisors and Managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma degree from any major(s).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Customer Service, Customer Success, Helpdesk, Claim Support or any other client facing operation roles.
• Experienced in handling external parties (especially e-commerce) and coordinating with internal divisions.
• Having background from Insurance, Broker Insurance, or Insurtech is a great plus.
• Agile in fast-paced environment.
• Can-do attitude.
• Highly initiative and motivated in self learning.
• High achiever with go-extra-miles spirit.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and full of insights.
