Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Servicos Gerais role based at Palmério Júnior Consultoria Fitness in Belo Horizonte, MG. The position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all fitness and office areas, including floors, equipment, bathrooms, reception, and common spaces. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash collection, minor cleaning of gym equipment, and replenishing supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials. The role also supports basic facility maintenance, such as reporting repairs, assisting with simple fixes, and preparing spaces for classes, training sessions, and events. The professional in this role works closely with the team to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients and staff, following established procedures and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in general cleaning and facility maintenance in gyms, offices, or similar environments.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules, safety protocols, and hygiene standards consistently.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Basic communication skills to interact respectfully with clients and team members.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Belo Horizonte, MG, including possible shifts and weekends as needed.
• Previous experience in a fitness or wellness environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic health, safety, and cleaning product usage is beneficial.
